You aim for only .2 inches more? Why not 1.2 inches?
5.8 feet height is quite alright. But if you still want to increase it,
try the following:
Do cyclying in a cycle which is having a pedal to seat height is longer than your leg.
Cycling certainly increases the height, upto the age of 21..
Chest can be developed by doing bench press up exercises from the Gym,

you can increase height upto 20 by exercises,smart diet & sufficient sleep
