I am 21 years old and am a bit overweight. I weigh 170 and need to go down to 135 (at least). I have time to do this, but not enough funds to higher a nutritionist or trainer, or follow a plan that I have to pay for. I am looking for results and efficiency. I purchased a treadmill and have several workout videos that I can do at home. I need to know a diet plan that is realistic, won't make me feel weak, and is fulfilling. Also I need to eat 3 times a day, I don't want a liquid diet either. Please advice on realistic diet plans that have ACTUALLY worked for you...and a workout routine. Tell me your story, and paint a picture for me. Thanks so much!!!
