if when u drink alcohol ur upper torso comes out in a rash wold this be down to liver problems?

It could be an allergy to something in the drink , or the alcohol itslef. Some people are allergic to the sulpher in wine...;

Probably just a reaction to the alcohol as you drink it. You might be getting flush from the rise in temperature in your body or you may be having a reaction to some ingredient in the alcohol. If you drink enough to be concerned with your liver you should see a doctor.

no you could just have a beer flush or u could be allergic to alcohol...when i worked in a bar (many moons ago) a customer had it...he would look terrible but insisted that it was his right to have a drink lol. i suppose that it depends on wether u prefer a drink to a rash

possibly because skin irritation when drinking can be a sign of liver problems.
It may also be harmless skin flushing due to the alcohol.
