Ask your doctor, if you're serious. There are certain standards you have to meet to qualify. And there are regulations you must observe while you are an active donor. It's not all "fun and games."

I would not want to date a guy who donated sperm. No. Any kids we have will either be my kids, or if they are from another marriage, I would be involved with them. Of course, this is ignoring that I am deathly afraid of having kids. edit: after reading the other answers, I realize that many people who answer don't seem to realize that when you donate sperm you are not told nor allowed (in most/many cases) to contact the person you donated the sperm to. Most couple's don't want you falling in love with the kid that came from your sperm/eggs and wanting custody [which you can't get] so you have to sign a waver. There are exceptions, but they are EXCEPTIONS not the rule.
