probably missed you or hadn't had sex in a while and got over excited. give him more and he should be fine again in no time!

do you know how when you meet an ex however many years later all those things that you reserved against them or perhaps irritated you come back?
i'm not saying that's what happened this time but maybe it was something to do with.
what i'm inclined to think is that he didn't come to you with a view to regain anything or continue with the relationship: it was probably just a case of 'one more last hurrah' for them.

Maybe he did it fast, before you had time to realize what a mistake you were making, having sex with you ex.
It also sounds like he didn't pleasure you, which is very selfish.
