If there is a Whole Foods anywhere near you they have an excellent selection. I'm not allergic to high fructose corn syrup, but I try to avoid it like the plague. I'm able to do all of my shopping at Whole Foods and not purchase a single item with high fructose in it. If there is no Whole Foods near you just look for any type of health food store. Even regular grocery stores normally have some organic or 100% fruit selections that do not have high fructose corn syrup in them.

health food stores carry organic fruit spreads, some grocery stores carry them, or you can make your own jelly, but i don't recommend that because it is alot of work--the organic fruit spreds do not have high fructose corn syrup

Try the oceanfront, the jelly fish are low in fructose.
