I am thirteen I want to be safe but still get buff.

Day 1. pushups sets of three 6 to 12 in each set. They are official pushups excep I do them on my knuckles. 150 yrd run 1 min rest repeat. Crunches three sets 15 to 25 in each set.

Day 2. 150 yrd run 1 min rest repeat. Crunches three sets 15 to 25 in each set. 50 pound squats three sets 10 to 15 in set.

Day 3. Three sets of chinups 5-10 in set. 150 yrd run 1 min rest repeat. Crunches three sets 15 to 25 in each set.

Start over next day.
I am pretty shure I am doing proper streching. I have been doing this for two months and I feel great.

I met the love of my life when i was 17 yrs old, now i am 27 and have borne three boys. I have since started college for a more meaningful life for all of us, but the main reason being for going to college was my partner was diagnosed with Huntington Disease about three yrs ago, i am not a single parent but i feel i am obliged to make a career for the sake of our boys because it seems i won't always have their dad around,.......Am i burying dad before his time or am i doing the right thing for our family?

I am obsessed with becoming what I think is perfect. I am afraid if I start exercising then I will become completely obsessed with it and I may end up hurting myself. About a month ago, my dad slashed the side of my face with a knife. As you guys can probably tell, he used to abuse me, but don't worry... he can't hurt me anymore. He was arrested for abuse around the same time i showed up to school with a stab wound on the side of my face. Everyone kept asking questions and soon the truth became public knowledge (mostly thanks to the lovely article the newspaper printed about it). I can't deal with everyone knowing and constantly talking about me, so i'm in the process of moving in with my best friend who lives in a little town in Colorado. This is a very small town, so if one person (other than my best friend) finds out, the whole town is going to know.
I really want to make a fresh start and not be know as the abused girl anymore. So, any ideas on how to make the scar go away, or at least less prevalent? Or... any believable stories that could explain away my scar to anyone who asks? I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer

I've been feeling my heart skipping beats.....and I've also had anxiety attacks in the past....but never felt this weird feeling in my heart...like if its going to stop but it felt warm.....and made me feel like if I would pass out.....is anyone familiar with this?

I sprained my thumb about 2-3 weks ago and it was not movable but three or four days later i could bend it which was normal...
but ever since then I can move it but the joint which connects my thumb and hand has hurt... I crack my knuckles and It really hurts to try to crack the thumb. it is a little swollen and I really haven't been taking care to watch it or try to make it better
is there something bad wrong with it or will it heal eventually?
Any suggestions as to what to do?

ok gross i know but these shoes i wore yesterday gave me a blister on the bottom of my foot. what can i do to make it less painful and to make it go away quicker? my mom said i could try to pop it or whatever but im not sure i want to.

I'm 20 and I've had CD for three years and have been on remicade for most of that time every 8 weeks. However, last infusion I had a lot of side effects after for a couple weeks. My doctor wants to try Humira and see how that works for me. Anyone taking or has taken Humira for CD?

Ok, I heard that some rubbing alcohol (isopropyl or ethyl) is absorbed through skin...which probably means denaturants are absorbed too. If I swam in it up to my neck, without ingesting it at all, would I get poisoned?

He has been violent with me and my father in the past and has had 2 psychotic breaks in the last 3 years. He has been in the State Hospital twice, and currently is in a group home. I am afraid to have him back in my home. I'm disabled with severe Lupus, and my father is 81. We can't fight him, and can't help find him when he has his psychotic breaks. Is there anything we can do to help him? When the MHMR system quits funding his group home time, he will be released. His father will not take him, and I'm scared to death to. What can we do? We've applied for SSI, but a Judge is taking months to rule on his case. I couldn't live with myself if he were to be left to fend for himself, because he can't. He has delusions, hears voices, thinks he is part of Interpol, especially involving Northern Ireland. He's never been out of the US. He also thinks he's been psychic since he was 12. He says "I just know things". He also has OCD, has an Explosive Disorder and has Tourette's. HELP?

i have 2 moles on my back. there have not been any changes in them to suggest anything is wrong, but i am considering getting them removed. they are on the higher part of my back so when on holiday etc i put plasters over them for protection (i have very fair skin and burn really easily,even when using factor 45 ) the plasters have sometimes slipped without me realising it. i get really worried about skin cancer (especially because they are on my back it could take longer to realise any changes) would it cost me anything to get them removed? i also have a low pain threshold and am scared that it would hurt. i am in two minds, i want to get it done because im scared of skin cancer but also im scared to get it done. i know i need to see my doctor but i just want some other peoples opinions
