I've been feeling my heart skipping beats.....and I've also had anxiety attacks in the past....but never felt this weird feeling in my heart...like if its going to stop but it felt warm.....and made me feel like if I would pass out.....is anyone familiar with this?

It's anxiety related. Nothing bad needs to be happening for this to manifest. You could just be washing the dishes or something. It's a feeling of "impending doom", like you're about to receive bad news. It's transient anxiety and it can be helped by getting on an SSRI otherwise known as an antidepressant. These meds help eventhough you're not "depressed". Good luck.

What you are describing with the feeling that your heart is skipping beats are palpitations, which are very common, and can be felt in many conditions, or even in normal people, it's hard to say what they mean or whether or not they mean anything at all. However, the feeling that you're going to pass out is a bit more worrying, if you really felt as if you were going to loose consciousness, that is presyncope, which can have many causes, some of which are dangerous and merits a workup from your doctor, or a trip to the emergency room (and I would certainly go straight to the ER if it happened repeatedly).

Yes, I've had the same experience. You should see your doctor. I've had this ongoing problem for years and I am taking medication for it. It is under control, but I need to stay away from a lot of caffine which brings on the symptoms. Make an appointment, you don't want to let this go. Yeah, you obviously weren't ready to even begin to consider it. The "you can't get pregnant in water" is about the oldest myth in the book. It's not true by any stretch of the imagination. Take the morning after pill while you can. You don't want to see him again because you're embarrassed and regretting your foolish decision.

I think what would be the wisest decision you could make is to go see a doctor.
And have an EKG done to check out what's going on with your heart exactly.
