^_^ Would most certainly help that is for sure. I know when I was a lot younger I worked by stomach muscles quite a bit by doing tons of Muscle workouts in that area. Now many years later I still have remaining definition from all the work I did.

Walking is excellent for your heart but more so a cardio exercise.. Jogging is a excellent way to loose weight and so is walking.. so if your working out heavy make sure to get enough calories. Walking and jogging will build muscles in your legs and there are ways to tone the stomach while walking and or jogging.

Let's say you would get stronger than what you are now by not doing them. If you start, though, those 20 sit ups and 10 push ups will be too easy, so then you add more onto what you started with. That way you always challenge yourself to get stronger.

Yes - make sure you're doing them correctly, though - check with your phys ed teacher or someone else who knows. As you get stronger, increase the number you're doing and/or the amount of resistance you're using (eg press-ups with a small weight on your back). Take care, though - your bones are still growing, and you don't want to place too much strain on the tendon anchor points.

Well your on the right path, maybe you could vary your routine a little so you
don't get bored. Try using weights on your legs while you walk and carry
some kind of weight in your hands and swing your arms while you walk.
Bicycling would be good too.
