HI. I am an american living in Europe. A week ago I fell off my bike and hurt my left knee and elbow pretty badly. I was taken to the hopsitol. They were initially very concerned about the pain, but then after the x-ray showed nothing was broken they brushed me off with some pills and sent me home. Well now a week later, my elbow is not any better and I went to another doctor today and the same thing happened. initially very concerned about how much it hurts and where it hurts but after taking another x-ray and finding nothing broken, they just dimissed my pain and told me to go home and take the pills. Couldn't there be something else more wrong ... it doesn't hurt too bad until I put any type of pressure on it and it is very weak - i can barely squeeze someone's hand. Should I be worried and try to go somewhere else or just take their advice, the pills and use it as much as I can as they told me to?

Why is my partner waking up during the night with cramps in his legs.
He has been getting them quite often but last night woke up with both legs in pain.
Bad enough with 1 leg not 2.

I was recently diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis (bv) and am on antibiotics (metrogel) for treatment. I know that antibiotics can cause other problems and even lead to other infections like yeast infections afterwards- the doctor did not give me anything to take for yeast afterwards. I was wondering if anyone has taken treatment for bv and successfully avoideded a yeast infection afterwards or if i am doomed to have one.

as a dyslexic person, i struggle to write because my brain just doesnt doesnt keep up with what i am trying to say. i don't mind writing but hate having to answer text messages because i sometimes dont understand text language and i panic about not answering it properly or quick enough. but when i asked yahoo a question about it i just got abuse and called stupid?

Hello. I am a diabetic taking glucophage twice a day. Now, my prescription bottles always have the warning, "do not take or avoid taking with alcohol." NOW, there are all these new studies, including one out yesterday that says wine is good for your cardiac health could, STAVE OFF diabetes (too late) etc. I like win but rarely, VERY VERY rarely drink it because of the medication issues. Thoughts on this problem?

I have depression anxiety mixed with a little post partum depression and I am prescribed Paxil CR. I can't afford my meds and i can't get govt assistance we make just a little over the monthly income guidelines. I am so afraid my marrige is going to end...I can't have too many happy days. I have half and half days. I flip easy and my husband doesn't help any. He is a very outwardly unemotional person. He won't talk to me. He doesn't understand and refuses to. He does think the meds help though. I don't know what to do. I feel like I am going to "ruin" my kids by being so upset. Help please!

It is on the right next to my two central teeth, and my dentist to me that I can make a cap that's a bit larger than it and wear it, but she also told me that they'll need to remove part of it because a lower tooth comes over it..u see what I mean, so is it worth it?? and how much would that cost in dollars??

My Grandmother broke her hip and was in a rhabilitation centre. We witnessed a nurse being very abrupt and rough with her and she complained to us on many occasions that she was 'nasty'. We did not want to say anything at the time, incase she took it out on my Grandmother, but now feel we should make a complaint. Any ideas?
