Please tell me how to rid myself of the fear of going to the doctors? I am scheduled to go tomorrow the hospital to see two doctors that I have never met before about an infection I have in my ears.I am so terrified and can't figure out why . I thought that I had this under control but feel even now so panicky I cannot breathe. Is there someway that will convicnce me its ok no matter what happens? Please help if you can .Any advice would help me,thanks

ok, i should ve starting my period soon, so I plan my headache and cramps on that, but my eye has been kinda red, You know, all those red lines; like someone poked me in the eye. It doesn't really itch, just in the corners when it starts to water.
the main problem I have is, it's really crusty in the morning, and this morning my eye was pretty much crusted shut!
I can't go to the doctor, so does anyone has any suggestions?

I am taking the anti deppresion pill eeferox 175mg 1 daily
I have been taking them now for over two months. I still have the side effects to these pills. Should I be worried about it? How long do the side effects suppose to last?

This morning,i weighted myself.Im so suprised to know that i only managed to add only 0.5 pounds to my weight after a very intensive training.I workout almost everyday, take lots of carbs and proteins + protein shakes.i did around 350 push-ups everyday and 1 hours of workout.Before this, im a bit skinny(-_-") but now i look muscular.My question is, am i gaining appropriate amount of weight after what i did?
Should i increase my workout hours or eat more?
Btw, my metabolism is very HIGH!i get hungry every 3 hours after heavy meals!

I always had money problems But always seem to find a way out. This time I my back is to the wall and in all my years I dont have an Out!! Business just dropped off the phone is not ringing . Things were getting better all summer in my Home Improvement Business I always got the next job just in time. Now the Bills are coming in and I am sitting home waiting for work. I do not agree that tobacco is the primary cause of cancer. The reason is: Cancer was pretty much unheard of until the invention of nulear technology. And Radiation WILL CAUSE CANCER! And that is a fact! So also will certain chemical irritants. But I think the government wants to put all of their mistakes on the tobacco and alchohol industry. I mean people smoked alot more back in the 40's 50's and 60's than they do today. Yet the percentage of cancer back then was soooo low, that it was nearly unheard of! And thats not because they didn't know what it was. Cause they did! There are countless chemicals which can cause cancer. And most of them are found in your shampoo, soap, cosmetics and some sources of drinking water. I don't know for sure if tobacco causes cancer or not. And neither does our government!! They have yet to prove that it does. Just like they have yet to prove that some chemicals they are feeding us don't! Chlorine in drinking water is linked to cancer as well.

1st Question - Can sex cause urinary infection - it appears that two weeks after having occasional sex i seem to get this type of thing?

2nd - I have been getting stitch in my left side, the odd back pain and the odd pain in the middle of my tummy at the front but below the rib cage but a few inches above my belly button and also on the left hand side more so and slightly on the right handside of the front of my tummy. They have been worst the past two days and in the past day or so i have developed a very uncomfortable itch and a very slight burning sensation when going for a wee.

I thought the pains were a pulled muscle or gland ache as i have had a throat infection accompanied with a cough plus i also take alot of dance classes. Now however im thinking its a urinary infection. Has anyone else had this or think it is a urinary infection?
