Increase the speed of your metabolism, instead of eating 3 times a day do it 5 times a day, it's hard at the beginning but after a week or two, you'll be eating more without much effort...
Also focus in eating a lot of protein and carbohydrates, and avoid the fat.....
It's heart to eat that often so start doing it with shakes.... you can add egg white and peanut butter mixed with fruits like banana and strawberries, all that with milk and some ice in a blender!... (It doesn't feel the taste of the egg so don't worry)
it's like drinking food, is easier that eating food cause you are not use to eat that much food....

To increase weight you should do weight training three times a week plus eight hours of sleep.. And to increase appetite you should do Cobra pose(yoga) 2-3 times half an hour before taking meals.

i do some high cardio, weights, circuits when working out, as well as just walking on trails or riding your bike would also make you increase your appetite. for putting on weight i eat high protein, high carb, maybe so so with the fats or with me i can go and eat tons of sugars! eat lots of pastas, shrimp, soups, rice, etouffe, etc.
