use hot drink like coeffe ,tea , soups dissolve honey in hot water take it before going to bed

Try drinking hot tomato soup to which a few pieces of " Marathi moggu " have been added -- this is a spice commonly used for biryanis , bisibele bhaath etc. -- looks like long pods . Works wonders or a cold .
Most headaches will beat a retreat , if you have a cup of hot coffee .

my husband is a big garlic user. He gets sinus infections easily, and our doc told him to bite and eat raw garlic. apparently this burns the mouth when you eat it, but really clears the head right up. also has some cold fighting qualities too.
Chicken soup is a real immune booster, as is zinc. cough drops called "coldease" are very good and I think have helped me.
my sister-in-law makes a honey-garlic-hotsauce-and-stuff
"medicine"
smell like good marinade tho...
