why does everybody want a qucik fix. do what i do eat half of what you normally eat, drink nothing but water and walk 3 or 4 miles a day. i have lost 20 lbs. in one month this way. 12 of those lbs in the last 8 days.

I would advise you to go for Kellogg's corn flakes in morning break fast with a milk and sugar if necessary.It is a testy diet food with protein content more.A USA product company known for long 100 years.

It energy, our body's kick it out, I wont keep it stored, after we get up in age we forget, and our energy goes.
