I think I may have some sort of anxiety or something.
- I always try to avoid social situations.
- I don't have a fear of speaking like in a planned speech, but am very nervous about talking to individual people (that I don't know).
- I've never made a real friend in my life.

I have been taking a cup of boiled Neem Herbal fresh leaves of 3 little stem every night for 2 months now as we have a Neem Tree in our Camp here in Saudi Arabia. I cant feel any side effect in my body. In fact it helped my cholesterol lowered. Anybody here can advice me if there is a side effect? I mean would it affect my vital organs? Thanks a lot...

I recently took up a new work-out regimine, and I run/walk three miles a day and I plan to raise it by a mile every other week... But everyday, about halfway into my workout, I get awful cramps in my right side. Sometimes the cramp runs along my whole ribcage and sometimes just in the middle area. What can I do to prevent this? And what is a good way to make them go away? Thank you for your help!

I started working at a day care 2 months ago, and every since I have been sick, recently my body feels tired all the time, it takes al my energy to just open my eyes some time. I have had tonsillitis, strep , an ear infection (twice) several upper respertory infections, the flu twice (both types) and now another run of tonsillitis or step, and another cold. also high fever's etc, and my glands are awollen in my neck. any ideas to naturally help all of this, I went to the dr a few weeks ago, all he gave me was a antibiotic, for my lungs

I recently read a few answers regarding Lyrica. Some refer to it as 'dangerous'...'scary'...'ur going to die.' This last quote I can't decipher whether it was a bad joke or what it was supposed to imply. I have severe back pain due to an auto accident. My current RX, Norco, is not working as long as it should be so I take more than my directed dosage. My doctor prescribed me the Lyrica to take with the Norco so I won't need to take more Norco than directed & hopefully 'ween' me off of them both altogether. The Norco's are definitely addicting in my opinion and I am concerned about taking two addictive RX's, especially after reading some of the answers regarding Lyrica. Can anyone give me an opinion, answer, or explanation?

I have an 84 year old friend who uses her computer to read, she finds it very helpful. I would like to know if there are agencies in California that can help her find a newer computer to use. We would like to find any resources public or private that would be available to help her reduce her cost for Macular Degeneration.

She also has debilitating Arthritis; she is confined to a wheel chair and walker; we would like any info on Medicare benefits that could help her get around.
