Hi, the problems you face will either defeat you or develop you - depending on how you respond to them. Unfortunately, most people fail to see how God wants to use problems for good in their lives. Sometimes God must light a fire under you to get you moving. Problems often point us in a new direction and motivate us to change. Is God trying to get your attention? "Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
Here's the point: God is at work in your life - even when you don't recognize it or understand it. But it's so much easier when you surrender to his plan for your life.

God DOES love you and He wants you to plug Him into your life so that he can take away those feelings of depression, anxiety and whatever else ails you.
On the practical side, is your depression somehow physiological in origin? If you haven't been to your family doctor recently, you'll need to get a full physical checkup to determine whether the cause of your depression is not related to the physiological conditions of various synapses.
If everything checks out OK on your physical, then it is high time to work on the emotional, and especially spiritual, side of the problem.

God does love you! I understand what you are going through. I have battled with depression for years and sometimes it seems like God is not there.
But remember Romans 5:
1Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. 3 Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
Keep on trusting in Him. And in the mean time, how about starting a work out regimen and starting a hobby like reading, learning an instrument, knitting, painting, or writing. Finding something you enjoy and staying active in it will help you feel less anxiety.
Keep on praying and I'll pray as well. When one or two are gathered in His name, there He will be in the midst. God's timing is perfect and he will heal and renew your heart and mind with time. :)

I'm not sure if you realize how many people in the world suffer from anxiety and depression, although not everyone gets help. I suggest you go seek help with your doc and get on the happy pills. You'll feel sooo much better!

When Adam & Eve ate of the apple & were exiled from the Garden of Eden, we were told that we would suffer illness along with all the other ills society experiences.
God loves you. He doesn't usually intervene with our illnesses. I think he expects us to do the best we can when tried the most.
If you haven't seen a dr please do - medication will ease your symptoms. Your dr will work with you in finding the medication which works best.
Good luck.
