yes it does. A lot of people actually confuse being thirsty for being hungry. also if you drink a lot while eating, it will kinda of fill your stomach up more so you wont overeat.

Not really, the body has a need for a balanced amount of water. A young college kid even died this year from drinking too much. Some more will help flush your GI system but won't really affect weight.

Not for me. I drink a gallon of water daily. I am fat.

but dont js go on drinkin water...2 much of anythin isnt good either
but along wid dat u will need 2 do ur workouts ...n also eat smart ..
