Yes. Every parts of the body decays, but some parts decay faster than the other. E.g. the flesh. The Hair last.

all things will decay, but teeth being part of the bone structure, decays slower than other parts of the body like muscle, flesh and tissue.

i suppose its cos bones are made up primarily of calcium, which is an element itself and not really organic...just a supposition by me.
