Yes. Little bumps. If they are large or look abnormal or they hurt you need to see a doctor.

Yes. I agree with the previous response. I asked my doctor about this too, and he said it was completely normal. As the previous answer indicated, we're talking about little bumps, about the size of a peppercorn.
