I am thirteen I want to be safe but still get buff.
Day 1. pushups sets of three 6 to 12 in each set. They are official pushups excep I do them on my knuckles. 150 yrd run 1 min rest repeat. Crunches three sets 15 to 25 in each set.
Day 2. 150 yrd run 1 min rest repeat. Crunches three sets 15 to 25 in each set. 50 pound squats three sets 10 to 15 in set.
Day 3. Three sets of chinups 5-10 in set. 150 yrd run 1 min rest repeat. Crunches three sets 15 to 25 in each set.
Start over next day.
I am pretty shure I am doing proper streching. I have been doing this for two months and I feel great.
