If anyone was to loose any weight fast.. it would not be kept off.. loosing weight is a life style change.. otherwise it will come all back on plus more with a vengance. It has happend to me.. Crash diets never work.
The only way to loose wight it by making a healthy life style change. I use to work in a weight loss and nutrition center and one thing that we would say there, is that it took time to put the weight on..it will take time to take it off. Loosing a healthy amount of weight a week I'd say maybe 2-4 pounds per week.
Good luck,, there are many things needed in the process.. determination, structure, support, positivity..go for it
Surround yourself with positive people who want to support you
Starting changing your eating habits, limit high soduim foods and processed foods (prepackaged too) eat what you can fresh.
Limit canned foods and high surgar condements like ketchup, mustard and peanut butter. Have salsa and dry mustard instead.. mix dry mustard with mayo to give it texture.
Eat well balanced meals with fruits and vegtables, whole grains, skim milk or 1%. Extra Lean meats, trim of fat and skin. Go for Low fat or Fat Free items-- even though that can mean higher soduim but still.. read labels.
When on the run and in town go for salads with fat free dressing, Mega Wraps, and Subway wraps and salads are not to bad.. don;t eat salads at Wendys or Dairy Queen ect.. BAD its like eating a burger. Don't eat burgers at local chains.. make them homemade with exrta lean ground beef.. Burgers at resteraunts contain high levels or perserves and sodium not to mention fat.
Be watchful.. I would suggest do some research

It's a really easy solution--diet and exercise.
Here's what I did:
Breakfast:
two eggs scrambled with veggies and 1 piece of toast
Lunch: A large salad it a none cream based salad dressing with some ham and maybe an egg on it
Dinner: One piece of meat--usually pork or chicken--and steamed veggies
Exercise: 3 times a week consisting of running 2 miles and then weight training for at least 1 hr.
I lost 35 lbs in 1 month.

Lost 112 pounds, not fast, but keep it off. Took me 1.5 years. My friends are still losing the same 50 pounds over and over again because they choose fad diets.

Muscle weighs more than fat. At 13 why do you weigh 180? You seriously only lift weights or any exercise every other day. Your muscles need a day off. On your days off, go jogging or walking. When exercising don't count anything, no reps, sets or time. Keep making the repetitive movement until you can't stand to do it one more time. When walking, running or jogging just keep on going until you want to throw up. Fast weight loss? High protein, low carb. Stay off the scales!

What do you mean by fast? There is no FAST way to lose that much wt. How much do you weight?...if you wanna lose that much weight, hopefully you weigh in the 250s.
3500 calories = 1 lb
Start cutting back on what you eat and how MUCH you eat.
