I am 17 years of age, i don't really exercise on the regular but i am healthy. I drink gatorade and powerade every now and again to keep my electrolytes up and all that other stuff. I drink water all the time so i can't be dehydrated. I don't eat alot of salt in my diet also. I am always tired. I take multi-vitamins but it's just the Flinstones so it's not too much. I need a some help

Yesterday I came down with a fever, headache and joint pain. The fever spiked at 102.5. In a few hours it was over. I am middle aged and reasonably healthy, with just the usual aches and pains due to my age.

a whole clove, a half clove? Crushed or plain? Are the bottled garlic cloves any different from fresh cloves? Is it ok to refrigerate them?

Also I heard too much is bad for your stomach so how much is too much? Thanks.

how many sit ups/crunches/ sticking your legs up would i have to do a day and how many days/weeks till i lose up to 10 pounds? also if i start only drinking water(8 glasses a day)?

I know that different meds work for different people but lately I've started to lose hope on what works for me. I've been through Zoloft, Lexapro, Lamictal, and right now I'm on Effexor and Xanax. I haven't really seen much effect from Effexor so my doctor is putting me on Wellbutrin. I don't feel motivated to do things anymore so I just lay around and avoid eating, talking, and all that. I just would like to know how others cope with this?

I'm still taking penicillin for strep throat...I went out of town for 2 days and forgot my penicillin but am taking it again....Did those 2 days allow the infection to get back in and will taking the penicillin again work against it?

The doctor put me on extra strength vicodin and morphine.I have taken them for at least 8 years.I know I'm addicted because when I don't have them I have withdrawals.I don't abuse them though so is this really dangerous? I really need them and probably always will so what difference does it make?

Although hundreds of thousands went to early graves because of smoking ( or second-hand smoke ) , I find it amazing to hear smokers say things like " the cake made me sick" ; "bananas make me sick"..and so on . Just once I'd like them to fess up and say, " these disgusting toxic carginogens are causing all my organs to rot "!

I'm 16, and im a nervous wreck. Some say it's all due to my thyroids, they asume they're over active, because i eat so much and don't gain a pound. I randomly have panic attacks, and what seems like asthma attacks. My heart skips a beat or so alot, or the beats sometimes feel exaggerated. I have a panic attacks everytime i fail at something. I think im a Kakorrhaphiophobic ( fear of failure or being defeated). My mom says im a hyperchondriac. I really don't know whats wrong with me. I've been to doctors, consulers, everything... They all say the same thing: Manic Depresent. I know for a fact that i am by no means depressed. I'm bubbley, and happy, and have a positive attitude twords everyone but myself.So inspite of their diagnosis, they put me on an anti-depresent, effexor. That medication put me threw the worst experience of my life, i will never take another anti-depresent again because of it.I can't even join social events! Panic Anxiety Disorder is taking over my life!

what are the best and most comfortable and affordable outside of the dentist office mouth guards to protect my teeth from my terrible grinding problem. i have done it since i have had teeth and i cant stop. i tryed the doctor's night guard but it was way too bulky and fell out of my moth at night. please help. i cant afford to go to the dentist for their guard...what do you suggest, or use??
