You need to go to the dr. Well you call them back and tell them that your passing out and you don't know why.. That you are going to the er and you can't wait for 3 weeks to find out. You will be in the hospital overnight. They will do a serious of test. They will find out what the problem is.

sounds like positional vertigo, most common is BPPV, and if it happens with your head tilted down about 20-30 degrees, that means the problem is in your horizontal semi-circular canals. There are some treatments that can be performed by an ENT or a physical therapist, but you really do need to go to the Dr to get it taken care of. It could have a few different causes so the treatment can vary....to get it checked out sooner go to urgent care if you can't wait for 3 weeks...hope you get better.

it could be vertigo...but, it may be an anxiety attack. I have suffered from anxiety, and I know that it can make you feel that way. Does it seem to happen when you are in a certain place or situation? If so, that is a "trigger". It is something, for maybe no apparent reason, that initiates the fight or flight response. Does your heart beat quickly? Do you sometimes feel like you are "going to die?" Good news, you won't die. But I know anxiety can be uncomfortable. I take Zoloft, and it seems to help.
HOWEVER, it could be something serious. I AM NOT a medical professional; therefore, you really need to talk to a doctor.

Go to an urgent care or the ER. you could have anything from a sinus infection to inner ear problems or labrynthitis. If left untreated you could get worse. Three weeks is too long to wait.
