That depends on how active you are but, you should have (as everyone has said) 8-8oz glasses of water a day at the minimum. However, if you are extremely active that should go up 8 oz per hour your active. If you go on a 2 hour bike ride you need at least 2 more (8 oz) glasses at minimum. Most importantly when you’re thirsty drink water (and pop or soda does not count).

actually, as long as u are drinking liquids you wont dehydrate or get sick. however, water is the purest drink available. sipping through out the day is a good idea. if u drink too much u will be trotting to the bathroom too much. so, i would say around 16 ounce daily. that's about 2 glasses of water and what ever else that u like.
