If you feel constant pressure to urinate, even when your bladder isn't full of liquid, you may have a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). Tell your doctor your symptoms.

Do you have lower back pain also? That can also be a symptom. Don't worry, it's easily treated. Feel better!

Eating a lot of salt will make you urinate a lot...
Because it adds water to your body and it has to eliminate it....
Especially if you drink a lot of water...
You need to drink a lot of water to keep your body healthy because our bodies are made up of a large percentage of water...
If you don't drink a lot of water your body can dehydrate which is very dangerous...
But you should go to the doctor, there are lots of reasons for this, are you extra thirsty, because if so that could be a sign of diabetes, but then again it can be a sign of eating too much salt so don't go off the deep end worrying about being sick...
Just go to the doctor and get a check up and don't forget to tell him all your symptoms....Good luck and God bless

Besides what everyone else says about drinking water and infections, your kegels could be weak. They are your pelvic floor muscles. Check out http://www.kegel-exercises.com/bladder/bladder.html for information. Kegel exercises can be performed anytime and anywhere. To determine which muscle is your kegel, simple tighten your muscles down there next time you are peeing to stop the urine flow. If you can stop or slow the flow, you found your muscle. Now you can clench them whenever and strenghten them. Good luck!

it might be that your liquid intake is too much. however, drinking alot and urinating alot is a sign of diabetes. have yourself checked for the condition right away. that's how my son and my husband found out that they had it. u can also get a test at walmart or your local pharmacy. dont wait

i experienced this with my last cycle.it was really wierd.um soda alot fo times causes you to pee alot.along with other sugary soft drinks and teas.in one way its not so bad to urinate alot because than at least your not bloated and sometimes its just your bodies way of getting rid of what it does not need alongs if your not having any pain or burning sensation when you pee i'd say its pretty much normal

If this is a new situation, you should see your doctor. As others have suggested, you may have a bladder infection. It is also possible (though not probable) that you have diabetes. Have you noticed any other changes in your body recently? If it is not a new situation, I wouldn't be concerned...
