i woke up at 5am this morning coz my nose was all blocked up and my throat was hurting loads.

im not as blocked up anymore but my throat feels so dry.

i have strepsils but they arent that good.
what else helps and what foods shud i avoid?

The tongues on my shoes shift towards the outside of my feet when I walk. Any pair of shoes, and almost immediately when I start walking. I wear orthotics, but now I'm not convinced they're correcting anything. No foot pain or other obvious symptoms - Any suggestions from a Podiatrist or foot doctor?

i really cant explain what is happening2 years ago i weighed 260 big stomach and was noticable. i thought to my self what the hell people no im fat so why not be fat
i lik just lost it i ate and ate and ate and i didnt think was getting much bigger since i was already big but a year passed and wrestling season started up again and i came back and my coach is like what the hell happened to you.
i was like what.
he was liek this. he poked my stomach a few times. Did you swallow a cow he asked?
he goes this isnt sumo wrestling
i said i dont no what your talking about and he said we'll see at weigh ins
team weigh ins come i step on the scale with my shirt off
i never check my weight but
i couldnt see the readings cuz my stomach was to far out. kids said get off or you'll break it
coach said it read 370 and i cant wrestle
so this year i absicall let myslef go and wanna no how to get back on track

Well I am 5'7 - 5'8 and I wear a size 9 shoe in mens. People tell me my foot is small for my height so I was wondering what the average shoe size is for a male at a certain height. My foot is about 1 cm past 10 inches long. I think i rememeber people saying that the average shoe size for someone who is 6 foot is 11 1/2 or 12.
