Caffeine. It's not good for you at all, but it's legal and it works like a charm. Coffee, red-bull, no-doz, stackers, whatever preparation you like; although energy drinks are probably better because they also have vitamins to ease the come-down. Oh, and start exercising more often... that's good for you all around.

There are a lot of possibilities. Something could be worrying you. You might spend too much time on the computer or watching TV or videos. Maybe you drink too much pop or coffee -- maybe you feel you can't make it in school -- there are so many possibiities. You need to talk with your parents about it or a counselor at school or someone to see what kind of help you can get. It isn't good for you to go on like this.
