The tongues on my shoes shift towards the outside of my feet when I walk. Any pair of shoes, and almost immediately when I start walking. I wear orthotics, but now I'm not convinced they're correcting anything. No foot pain or other obvious symptoms - Any suggestions from a Podiatrist or foot doctor?

Not the shoe - it happens in every pair that I own.
I also visit a Chiropractor every 2 weeks for the past 6 or 7 years, so I think the problem might be in my feet or choice of orthotics.

My soles aren't worn unevenly, so it's probably not the shoes... It happens in every pair that I own - Dress shoes, sneakers, work shoes, etc.

I am guessing that you are rolling your feet when you walk. Your toes might be pointed out slightly and when you step you land on the outside edge of your heal and then roll your foot and push off with your big toe. If that is the case, try pointing your toes in slightly when you walk and keeping your foot in a straight line. It will feel weird at first, but after a while it will feel natural. I would also recommend that you see a chiropractor to check your back and hips.

Are your soles worn, so that you roll your feet to the outside?

It might be the shoes.
