Eliminating Corn Syrup, Hydrogenated Oil and MSG from your diet worked wonders for me!!! I read online that fast loss from diet pills can later make you gain even more weight in the end. (I seriously considered diet pills until I read that!) But seriously, try, even for one day, try not to consume ANY corn syrup and the others I mentioned above. You will see this is not easy at first, but once you continue, you will loose so much weight. This means you have to food shop AND read the labels!
Normal weight loss is about 2 lbs a week, so be patient. Incorporate moderate daily exercise in your plan. For me this was walking a mile or two at a park (or mall) every day. It works, you just have to be patient and serious about what you consume. Once you care what you put in your body, dieting becomes so easy.

PS: Remember, you don't have to starve to loose weight. Hunger is your body's way of telling you it needs nutrition. Eat vegetables and fruit all you want, it boosts your metabolism when you eat. When you starve, your metabolism slows down.

I'm afraid there is no magic weight loss pill. Weight loss can only come about if you use up more calories than you consume. Eat healty, lots of raw fruits & veggies, no junk food, avoid processed food and exercise a lot.
