i've been suffering from separation anxiety lately and i was wondering if anyone could help me with exercises or tips or whatever to help me "turn off my brain" when i feel a panic attack coming on. thanks.

My mom keeps bugging me and others because she is currently in Mania (Manic) for over 2 months now (this relates to her medications). She has alot of problems, our family and friends are haveing alot of problems, but right now she is focused on repeatatively nagging everyone and everything because one of her friends has just been labled a Sosiopath (and many other things). Her friend says she was told there is more then one type of Sosiopath and so it does not mean what it meant because there are now many types that just are labled that.

So I would like to see what kinds of responces I get.

I have one brest that is inbetween half and a whole cup size smaller than the other..I know this is normal but it bothers me very much...I want somthing done but I am not sure what..I already have a fairly large chest I don't really want any bigger but I know I do not want smaller at all...I would also like them to be perkyer too...Any ideas on what I should do..Oh and how I can go about finding out aout the price of all of this without having to go in for an appt??

I asked about this question before but theres some other possibilities that I need to know. The doctor told her that taking birth control could make you think your pregnant. She had JUST gotten done with her period and she took it and she sais that she feels this way. We had sex the first week she was on it and even two weeks later she didnt feel any type of symptoms except for now, its been over a month, whats going on?

I recently badly sprained my left ankle playing football (soccer). My foot was planted on the floor, and an opposition player crunched my ankle from the inside.
I was wondering if anyone else has had a bad ankle sprain from soccer, and how long it took to get back into the game.
I sprained it 11 days ago, and the swelling has gone down, but it is still a bit sore to walk on.

Hi everyone i reaaly reaaly need help. My boyfriend has candidas(allegry to sugar and anything that ferments), and as a cure is trying to come completly off sugar for 3-4 months. This includes natural sugars like fruit sugars e.g fructose,glucose. Anyone have ANY foods or recipes that we can work with as everything we are looking at has some form of sugar in!He also cant have yeast :(. ANY help, any knowledge advice anything will be appreciated as its getting us both down.

My sleep apnea is bettween Mild and Moderate. I SNORE REALLY LOUD!!! And my parents told me that one I was little I would stop breathing for like 10-15 seconds. Scary.. I am dating someone who was incarcerated for 4.5 years. He has since turned his life around and works an honest job. I like him a lot but am concerned about whether he may have HIV because he was in jail for so long and I know what some guys do in jail when there's no women around. However, I don't feel comfortable flat out asking him if he was engaging in acts that could have caused him to get HIV. Help!
