Easily. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow.

this type of extreme diet will only cause u to lose muscle and not be thin. u would be "skinnier" on the scale but not by appearance. you need to take control of ur caloric intake (multiply ur body weight by 11, if u are a female or 13 if male) this will give u the total amount of calories u need to eat per day. as long as u lose more calories than that per day, you will be losing weight. even if u eat 4000 cals, and burn 5000 cals, you will lose weight. also, dont eat anything 2.5 hrs before you go to sleep. this will increase ur growth hormone and cause ur body to burn fat WHILE U SLEEP!!! if u eat something before u sleep, ur body will digest that instead of the fat. if u truely stick with this u can lose up to 1 inch off ur waist in a week! eat alot of protein throughout the day and always lift weight before cardio...even if ur a female. having muscle doesnt mean ur manly, it shows leaness and that u are healthy. Yes, by eating properly. Or for just a few pounds of loss you could just cut out soda pop,coffee and lessen your added sugar. I limit myself to 2 can's of soda in a day. 1 with lunch, 1 with supper and 1 coffee 2tsp sugar for breakfast. Also cut down on added salt. Just by reducing the soda,coffee and salt you will be weight loss. In my first week of this I dropped 10 lbs. It has remained off as well. Cut out all fast foods. That will make a big difference in your weight, and the way you feel in general. Good luck with the weight loss

yes you can actually loose a lot more than that, but try walking or running (if possible) daily, it will replace the fat with muscle
