I'm doing the atkins for life thing.. and its like cutting down the carbs and basically just not eating them altogether, except for whole grains and only if you're really active during the day. there are so many delicious things that you can eat that don't have to involve simple carbs (chips, white rice, white bread, pasta) and sugary things.
Of course there's going to be some cravings along the way, so treat yourself to an icecream every week. ONCE every week though.

I'd also like to tell you that the best diets help your weight get off slowly, rather than quickly. Because slowly is the healthiest way and it is much more likely that your weight will STAY OFF, unless you start binging and eating like a fire again.

Besides, its getting near to the cooler season and although this is when all the cinnamon buns and cakes and pies and things are being baked for the christmas time, THIS is the time to start on your weight loss regime, and by next summer, you'll feel awesome!

I know most people want their weight to be gone NOW NOW NOW!! but it just doesn't work that way. Remember, the slower, the better. And think about it this way -- by next summer you'll feel great. Don't think about the now. Think about how you'll feel and look when you're finished.

And now you just have to start.

The calories you take in should be the same as or less than the calories you burn. This means that you must excerise enough and eat healthy. Don't eat too much junk food and fatty foods. Try to excerise at least 20 minutes a day by going for a run, ride a treadmill, a bike, or anything that interests you. They key is to have a faster metabolism to burn everything off. Eventually you will lose wait.

Drink at least 3 glasses of water before eating. You may not eat more in that way. Eat more fruits and vegetables.

I went from14 to size 12 with in 21 days. I had my lunch in the morning instead of breakfast. By seven a clock I ate pasta or rice with vegetables and lentils or check peas. I do not feel hungry during the day. I have plenty of water and one cup of tea. At night A glass of milk and one or two banana. During this time I did not have any meat fish or alcohol. I did this for 21 days. If your determine to loose weight then follow this for just 21 days. good luck.

Are you in relatively good shape? I would recommend training at a gym for a while, and designing your own food pyramid based on what your body needs more or less of. When you feel like you're in good enough shape, try a sport like boxing. It's difficult, and hard on your body, but I never said losing weight was easy. Go at a pace that your body can tolerate. DON'T go on some insane crash diet! If it works overnight, then it's almost certainly bad for you. Don't overwork yourself, and maybe ask your doctor about different activities or foods that would be beneficial in your weight loss venture.

The game plays in your mind. Stop being worried about it first. Then train yourself to decide what to eat. Last, put some order in your eating habit. love choco, ice cream but I allow myself to eat them when I really need them. Eating healthy does not mean that you can not eat what you like. Stick to eat three times a day.
Do not put pressure on you. If your problem is an emotional eating, then deal with it first, but, the most important thing is to realise that you are beautiful no matter the size.
I use to have the same problem when I was a teen but it does not worry me any more, I choose the size I want.

firstly, dont ever look for a fast result. losing weight takes time. try to set daily personal goals for yourself. like, go for a walk around the block with the dog, or grab a friend and go for a walk or run every day. cut everything 'junk-food' out of your diet. dont cut bread, or starches though. remember, these foods provide your body with much needed nutrition, so eating them wont harm you in any way..just be sure to eat reasonable amounts..dont overdo it. drink plenty of water..cut back on drinks loaded with sugar..yes, this includes some juices. and try your best to stick to it..thats what really makes the weight come off. if in doubt, write a contract to yourself, or even with a friend, that will list the things you will do on a daily basis to work towards your goal. and keep track of your progress along the way. having a support system with friends is a great way to stay motivated. this is coming from someone who has struggled with her weight all her life, and finally came up with a plan that worked for me. good luck, i hope this helped

Well, you couldn't have tried everything or you would have lost weight by now. What you need to do is cut out meat or as much as you can and eat more vegetable, tofu and fruits. And walk at the very least two miles every day preferably three or more. In thirty days you will find that you have lost thirty pounds and you will feel healthier and have more energy.

Have you tried the Atkins diet or the cabbage soup diet? They work really quickly and you sound desperate. You need to get some kind of exercise too! Don't give up
