I was wondering if anyone knew any workouts i can do to get my chest bigger and my arms bigger...Ive been doing arm curls and been doing push ups for about 1 yr now but doesnt seem to have an effect. What would be the fastest way w/o using steroids?

Bench are arm curls... but there are some things you need to do before you will get noticeably bigger:
-You need to eat at least 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh each day (no more than 40 grams at a time). Drink lots of water to help your body process the protein better.
-You need to consistently work out with heavy weights and low reps to stimulate muscle growth (if you can do it more than 8 times, it's too light).
-You need to let your body totally recover before working out a particular muscle again (less is more when gaining).
-Get 6-8 hours of sleep (perferably 8).
-Take L-Glutamine at night to help keep your body from burning muscle.
-Stay away from a lot of cardio during this time (nothing that will raise your heartrate for extended periods of time).
-Be consistent! Good luck.

Have you tried pull-ups?
When doing push-ups hand positioning is also important.
Do more than one position of push-ups and do dips.
Note: look in the mirror standing up and pretend to do
push-ups while changing your arm stances and take note
of which muscles are being used in your chest and apply
the desire stance when you do real push-up.

O, and for curls just curl at a slower rate and or use more weight, and do not forget to do pull-ups and sit-ups along
with arm-dips.

I hope that gave you some ideas!

Incline presses really add the size quick. If you like pushups then push off of something off the ground (example - crates, boxes, something like that). If you have access to a gym then incline DB flyes or Bench Press are great. Dips is also something that is great for chest and arms. Lean forward to isolate your chest more and straight up to hit your triceps. Remember your triceps make up 70 percent of your arms, so to add mass to your arms that is the place to start, not curls.

in strength training i learned this one where you take two chairs and spread them far apart. then you put your feet on one chair and your hands on the other. then, you dip your body between the chairs, but you have to keep your hands close together.
