When you're sore, what's better? To put a freezer pak(ice bag) in th sore area, or a heating pad on the sore area?

of the shoppers got into another line,but since i was already at the cash register i stayed in line but the clerk close the line before checking me out and people think it was me that let the fart,how can i convince them that i did not do it?? I work with some of them and this is very embrassing and i'm not guility..

when i lay down to go to sleep, as i start to breathe deeply it feels like i am breathing in something, and its catching in the back of my throat, particularly on the "right side" of my throat. a bunch of people have said it may be allergies; mold, mildew, etc. but i flipped my mattress and sprayed it with mold and mildew treatment, cleaned my sheets and thoroughly vaccuumed my room, and i just recently got an air purifier in here, but the problem seems to remain. any help? anyone?

I just happened to check the right arm after the left arm and found it to be 10 to 15 points lower. This is consistent everytime I check. i am right handed, too. This seems odd.

i'm a 14 year old girl who desperately wants to trim off fat. i have "permernant" unburned fat on my stomach, belly, thighs and butt. these are my main probems as my upper body doesn't seem to be fat at all. i read articles about how to trim your body without gaining muscle, one of them mentioned that leg lifts will help do that. is this true? if it is, can someone tell me HOW to do leg lifts? cause i've never really excercised in my life, so i don't know a single thing about it. some one PLEASE help me. and if anyone else knows how to trim calves to be extremely slim and defined, PLEASE tell me too.
