I always hear people that are overweight say they need to lose weight but they can't so they take these pills and all these remedies, I'm a slender guy with a fast metabolism, so i always never really understood why people just could not goto a track and run. if you tel people to go to the track and run, they always say they can't. I played sports all the time, I've literally played basketball until i would pass out or need fluids so i thought that was the same *** a big person running at the track its hard but if you wonna lose weight you would push your body. So is it really that hard for a excessivlyoverweight person to just go to the track and lose the weight. Or is it a thing where they run ten steps and get tired and quit. Isn't running the best way to lose weight. Over weight people i'm not trying to be incensitive. For some people that ar over weight are they just lazy and dont wonna lose weight or are the things they need to do to lose weight to hard for them to try
