Nothing wrong and absolutely normal for people who do it. It is the surest expression of your frenzied state when you are about to achieve that sublime state of orgasm. Different people might behave differently at that time. Some women scratch with their nails or bite or tug at the hair of their male partners violently. Screaming and even shouting some expletives is a well known variant and a comparatively non-violent expression of reaching climax. And it sure adds a lot of zing to sex. Your husband must feel proud to bring you to such a state with his superb performance. Wonder why he doesn't like it. But then, as already suggested earlier, tastes vary.

I kind of figured most guys like this. What kind of vocalizing do you do? If you're screaming, most guys would interpret this as screams of pleasure... but maybe he's scared that he's hurting you? That's the only explanation I can think of, and if this is the case, then be glad that he cares so much about you. Sit down and talk to him and tell him that screaming is just a natural reaction. Maybe you could have a code word or something that you can use, so he knows if and when he does actually hurt you.

it is just normal. orgasm is a pyshological and physial effect. getting vocal or highly vocal is completely alright. infact your husband should love it. the best way to prevent it is to think abt some thing else at the time of orgasm. its a bit difficult at the begenning but probably be able to control your vocal sounds by the 3rd orgasm - Doctor

I think u r staying with ur in-laws as the norms in India and mostly ur in-laws are sleeping in the hall or close to ur bedroom. Ur husband may feel bad if u shout. That is very common for a husband to say not to shout fearing elders. understand him.

Its normal, nothing wrong with that. Most men looove it so you're not the one being weird in this situation. Tell him that its just because you enjoy it so much and that its because he's so good. Maybe that will change his feelings about it. Keep screaming, its your right :)

You should do what you like, and yes it is normal. what you two really need is a sex therapist giving you advice, not us. we cant help your situation, we can only give our opinions. Also, why is it that this issue wasn't talked about between the two of you before you got married. My guess is that it was a problem then too....

It's totally normal. What's not normal is that HE doesn't like it. He might have some insecurities in the bedroom he needs to work out.

What is wrong with your hubby? What a silly thing to critisize. He must be very insecure. Why doesn't he consider himself lucky?
