my globulin is 3.6 where normal range is 2.0-3.5 and MCH is 25 where normal range is 2.7-3.5?

can you tell me i have a iron deficieny and i have also digestion and depression problem can you tell me i am suffering for iron deficiency and ibs syndrome problem or both disease related with each other.which medicine is good for iron deficiency problem

well globulin is ok, it can sometimes go a little up or down, i would be more curious to know the mcv, if it si less than 90, it may suggest iron deficiency. ibs is not associated with iron deficiency since ibs has no organic findings, and iron deficiency is an organic problem, good luck
