I found it online. It should be small white and circular. M on one side, 321 on the other. Its called Lorazepam. I put the website where I just typed in the "321" imprint on the pill and it showed that pill.
'Indications
The short-term relief of manifestations of excessive anxiety in patients with anxiety neurosis. Adjunct for the relief of excessive anxiety that might be present prior to surgical procedures.
I suggest searching it yourself on google if you are concerned.

Go to your local library and find a PDR...a physician's desk reference. In there you will find pictures of pills with their various markings. It is very difficult to say what you have without a picture. Many times the numbers are lot numbers and the letters can be manufacturers.

You could ask a pharmasist. I would just flush it down the toilet. I hope you are not thinking about taking a pill you can't identify.
