im using yasmin. im on my 3rd row and started to get my period, is that normal. next week is when i suppost to get my period. should i stop taking the 3rd row and take the sugar pills?

im 14 and i wanna pierce my belly button... does anyone know the best way to do it? mom wont let me do it... all my friends did it and they said that it doesnt hurt.

i have a safety pin but no disinfectant.

should i just shove it in? what can i do to prevent infection?

oh, and dont try and talk me out of it. i wont listen.

be Ecoli or a bacterial infection. A sample has been sent to the hospital for clarification. Yesterday i was at least pain free, but today the pain has returned even worse, and the dhiarrea has increased, i am concerned as the results will take until thursday at the earliest to come back fo the hospital.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be and how to control it.
I am 39 year old male.

I have been having really bad headaches on the left side from my eye to the back of my ear. I have just noticed that I have a soft spot on my head on the left side (at the top) I have never had this before I have also noticed a bright redish pinkish spot there it is right near where the soft spot is just wondering what it could be?. thank-you for taking the time to answer my question.

The skin on my hands has become very thin. Whenever I bump against something I tear the skin. I am not talking about wrenching on an engine and getting a knuckle buster, It happens when I am just doing every day things. Like taking something out of the fridge and the top of my hand hits the bottom of the shelf. Most people it would just scratch the skin, The top layer will just come right off.
Sure, It heals in a week or so but then there is a scar and I do it again. Right now I have 17 open wounds on my hands. It dosent seem to be happening anywhere else but then again the rest of my body is protected by clothes.
I am now 46 years old, I could understand this if I was 70.
Can anyone recommend....anything?

I have purchased some St John's Wort for my 17 year old daughter as she has signs of depression. The doctor won't prescribe her anti-depressants (which I agree with at the moment) but I was recommended St John's Wort. Does it work? Does anyone have any personal experience of it? How long does it take to 'kick in'?

Please somebody help me.My OCD is out of control.I can't sleep,or study or do anything anymore.I'm 19 and have exams coming up but my OCD has gotten so bad that it keeps me up at night.I have all these unwanted thoughts I can't get rid of and I analyze everything to death.It's making me physically sick.What do I do?My parents refuse to believe me when I tell them it's OCD even though a doctor has confirmed it.My parents insist that I could deal with it on my own if I really tried.

I know that a lot of girls break their hymen from sports and etc, but is the hymen merely stretched in some women? I keep reading and keep getting conflicting answers. Example, on a doctor's site, she stated that a hymen ring is still intact after intercourse and remenants of the hymen can be observed after childbirth.

She has glasses and has done since the age of 4, she is now 9. Her prescription is for distance though she needs them all the time. She has made the same complaint since she could talk! She has no difficulty with reading, spelling etc.
