Just what it is saying, "it is pertaining to the lungs". In other words, like if you get an x-ray of your lungs, and the report states that you have something wrong with your lungs, the report would say, "pertaining to the lungs", and proceed with the report. It is in regard to your respiratory organs, which is your lungs.
