Lately, I havent been as horny as I used to be. At the same time, everytime I take a dump, c*m comes out of my penis involuntarily!!!!! My doctor doesnt know whats the cause of that. Im 26 years old, 5'6, 160lbs, athletic body, eat healthy and dont do drugs and dont drink. Whats going on?

I agree with both of you that its probably prostate. But, IAINTELLEN, why would it happen all of a sudden all the time? Im sure it not normal, so how can I stop it?

It has something to do with the nerves from your spinal cord involved in both erection and control of your anal sphincter muscle. I am not sure how this is involved but I got this from an old anatomy text book:
"VII. The associations between the defecation, micturition, erection, and parturition centers are very intimate. Thus defecation may be initiated involuntarily or may be inhibited by the different states of these other centers." Source:

Print out my answer and take it to another doctor. I am sure he or she would know if I am moving in the right direction as far as symptoms go. I suspect a physical therapist would also have a pretty good idea of what is going on.
Please go to a specialist, especially after your regular doctor did not know what is going on. You may have had a spinal cord injury that you were not aware of.

Well, you're 26 now. Not quite dead, but not nearly the immature sex crazed teen you once were. Sometimes men actually mature, become involved in advancing their careers, seriously taking on the responsibilities of an adult, and start thinking sex isn't the most important thing life has to offer. I've got a feeling that's more your problem than a true loss of interest. Might feel a little scary, but it shouldn't be a problem unless you start thinking of joining a monastery.
As for the fluid you see during a bowel movement... You're prostate gland is located at the base of your bladder. It can easily be palpated (felt) by placing a finger in a man's rectum. That's actually what your doctor is 'digging' for when he puts on the glove, lubes it up, and asks you to bend over. Although the doctor usually doesn't spend a whole lot of time in there, massaging the prostate can cause a man to experience a discharge of seminal fluid, without orgasm. I'd say your turds are putting pressure (pushing and/or rubbing) against your prostate on their way out and causing a little fluid to be released.

Hmm. Sounds like a prostate problem to me. You could try visiting a proctologist or getting a second opinion from a general practitioner.

i agree. sounds like a prostate issue because the prostate can be reaches throught the anal cavitey. I suppose when a bowel is passing over it pushes on it. you need to see a urologist, or proctologist. this is a very starbge thing. so not be alarmed though.
