The question is self explanitory, but if i am overweight, can you give me suggestions on how to cut down?

I have these certain mannerisms which are affecting my whole being. It makes me often unconcentrate in things which I am doing. Sometimes I tried myself for doing them and it actually felt good, and normal; but after a while, there it goes again. It sometimes hurts my head. I think my movement disorders are not serious but it's really tiring and I want to have a new life without them. Are there any more ways on how to prevent them?

I have a friend (Seriously, this is not me), who was beaten black and blue by a bunch of born again christians for not accepting christ. He was in a coma for two days and had a lot of broken bones. He mended okay, but when it went to trial, because of a technicality the guys who beat him were let off the hook. They all praised Jesus and didn't seem to be concerned about the fact that they hurt him.

Recently he told me that if Jesus were to come back, he was going to beat him the same way those guys did. He wants to get his hands on Jesus and tear him apart. There is this look in his face that is indescribeable. I have never seen anyone with that expression before. I think it's raw, unadulterated hate. I think he's dead serious, that no matter what laws or barriers are in his way, he would not hesitate to go after Jesus if he could find him.

I know he needs some kind of help, but my question is this, is he dangerous for this desire to do this?
