i have a 5 year old son rob and i notice when he gets done running around his tummy gose up and down really fast and he cant seem to get his breath

I would have him see a doctor. A certain amount of catching his breath is one thing but if it is a struggle for him he may have asthma or other breathing problems. Give the doctor a call and let him know what is going on. He can best evaluate what your child needs.
