If you have pain in the right bottom of the stomach, you may have an acute apendicitis especially if the pain is severe and radiating.

Wind from perhaps constipation but also you could have a hernia forming but appendicitis would be well above where you describe so don't worry it will do doubt have vanished in a few days but if not just pop round to your GP but seeing its weekend and you feel like waiting about 4 hrs go to A&E

Could be trapped wind. Have you eaten loads of gassy food? Try going for a walk and see if it will sort itself out. The pain can be really crippling, but if you're worried then best check it out with the doc.

If you mean that the pain is in the lower right of the abdomen, and that it is tender to pressure, the most likely diagnosis is appendicitis

It could be anything from kidney stones to muscle strain to appendicitis. It's impossible to diagnose over the internet, so you need to see a doctor.

Possible appendicitis - get to your doctor today. Or a walk in centre or Casualty.

Could be an ulcer..Get it checked out fella! Some brilliant tabs you get..dont remember name though!...Your stomach is just below your ribcage..So it wont be your appendix (bottom right of intestines...just above your hip joint).
