Soda, pizza, cheese puffs, candy ext. Soda is the worst. Infact, soda is one of the main reasons that teens are obese. Also, just eat pizza once in a while. Even when you eat pizza, you could use a napkin and dab all the grease off. Also don't eat foods like beef, bolonga, bacon, and peporoni every day. That could cause cancer when you get older. Though you can still eat it once in a while. Also, for icecream, ALWAYS get the light kind. It will save alot of calories!

Fried anything. With breading and gravy on the side or on top, while full of flavor saturaded fats really goo up arteries.

All sodas, bagged chips, cheese puffs and corn snacks. Gravies(store bought) and canned soups. You can make your own soup and gravy
with a lower fat and salt content and healthier too.
