Is there not a Fitness First near you, they are quite cheap.

If you can afford to live in Sheppard’s Bush surely you can afford to go to a good gym. Look in the yellow pages.

THERE IS A GOOD ONE IN THE SHOPPING MALL OPPOSITE THE TUBE STATION- SHEP BUSH
