I have a problem getting out of bed early or whenever i need to get up at a perticular time. I just keep on snoozing for hours...!!! any good ideas about how to get up from the bed early in the morning...???

I think that everyone has that problem!! But it seems as though you have it really bad! poor you!
My cousin has the same problem, she sleeps though so much noise and just cannot get up without being physically dragged out of bed (which sucks trust me) so i came up with the idea of having mulitple alarms!

She has three alarms, each set five minuets appart and turns them up extra loud (to the annoyance of her parents lol). But for an even better result put them away from your bed so that you actually have to get up out of your bed and turn each one off. It works seriously... i actually have the problem of turning the alarm off while i'm alseep some how... its either that or my sister gets up at six and turns them off... which i doubt!

But anyway, once your up have a cold shower, that is the best way to wake up.. better then coffee at any rate.

So do the following if you really want to get up and out of bed in time:
- have more then one alarm set five minuets appart
- turn them as loud as then can
- put them far away from your bed before going to bed
- have a cold shower in the morning

... or you can just snooze all day... lol jokes

If your using an alarm clock, put it across the room. PUT YOUR FEET ON THE FLOOR. jump in the shower.
