It depends on whether you have a temperature or not...
If the pain is severe, go and see a doctor again today. Drugs to slow the motility of your gut down, shouldn't be used with severe abdo pain unless a doctor has examined you.
The best thing you can do, is keep well hydrated - drink flat coke.

The sample shouldn't take that long to come back. Most samples are cultured after 48 hours for bacteria, so the results should be available tomorrow.
Can you get someone to go to a pharmacy for you today? You could try something like Dioralyte, which is a powder mixed with water, used specifically to replace lost fluid and electrolytes due to diarrhoea. Whatever you do, don't use imodium or anything that will stop the diarrhoea - this could be dangerous because the infection will have no way out. Take a simple analgesic for the pain, paracetamol should be ok as it's easy on the stomach. Don't use aspirin or brufen as this will just cause more gastric upset.
Ring your GP tomorrow, hope you feel better soon.

Make sure you drink plenty... slowly though! make yourself a toast and eat it slowly as well.
If the pain and the dhiaorrea is worst today, go to the doctor as soon as possible, the test will show what type of infection you have, it doesn't mean that as soon as they find out the pain is going to stop. Ask what pain-killers you can take or better still phone the NHS direct, they are brilliant and able to point you in the right direction.

Stomach pain or bellyache may be caused due to a problem in the organs in the abdominal region. The main organs in the abdomen are the digestive system consisting of the stomach, small and large intestines, the liver, the gall bladder , pancreas, the appendix and the kidney. Minor problems like gastroenteritis can cause severe pain, while fatal illnesses like cancer may cause only mild pain. Drink plenty of fluids - water is best. Coke is not a good idea. Sometimes these bugs do take days to go away - have you tried one of the "good bacteria" yoghurts like activia? Get onto your doctors before thursday for further advice if you don't feel better by monday. Bugs are nasty things - hope you feel better soon, and lay off spicy food - keep it simple. Good luck!

Nasty but experience says that you need to give it time to work it's way out of the system. Unfortunately, that means not eating. Try sipping clear soups and perhaps some boiled sweets. If the tests don't show that, then you will need to get them to investigate your colon. Good luck and don't worry as the enzymes released from worrying make it worse!

Sounds like food poisoning. You should have never waited that long before going to the hospital prolonged diarrhea is telling you that something is really wrong, and your body is trying to get rid of it as quickly as possible.
