Congrats on giving birth:)
Are you breastfeeding your beautiful son?
You do not want to go on a diet if you are, because your son and yourself need the nutritends in the breastmilk to help him grow into a healthy, bouncing baby boy.
The best thing you can do to get back down to your pre-baby weight, is to eat healthfully so your body can get all the nutrients and exercise regularly, and maybe exercise a little bit more.
You will lose the weight, and the best way is to go slowly. Make sure you are healthy so you can play with your child, and have enough energy to keep up with him when he starts running ! Trust me, we have a small child in our house:) They never want to stop.

The key is to change your diet and then increase your metabolism by doing cardio.
Solution:
1.) you want to slowly swtich your current carbs (rice, bread, pasta) to only veggies.
2.) start doing cardio 3 times a week, slowly working up to 45-60 minutes a session. after 1 month, add another session (total of 4 per week)

Don't diet. It'll be unhealthy for your little one if you're breastfeeding. Exercise and tone up.
