Its nobodies business how this happened so don't answer any personal questions.
Just get yourself to see a doctor.
In the meantime, keep yourself clean by washing with a jug of warm water and some hand wash, tip it over yourself as you sit on the loo. Then pat dry with a clean towel.
Womenwho have babies get cut or tear 'down there' all the time, and it is very rare to get an infection as long as you can keep clean.
As for peeing, wet a clean flannel and pee into that while you hold it on yourself; it won't sting. Wash it well and wring it out afterwards.

Firstly urine is acidic and tends to sting cuts, infected or not.
As the cut is near to your back passage, there is a tendency to get a lot of bacteria around this area. The vagina is a warm moist place, therefore an ideal breeding groung for bacteria, so the chances of you developing an infection are very real.
Get a visit to your doc as soon as just to rule out infection, and see how bad this cut is.
Dont put anything around this area but water. All girls know you shouldn't be applying solutions around the vagina, even in a healthy one as they can irritate........even soap.
Just keep the area clean and dry, and get it seen to as soon as poss.

How did you get a cut there? How bad is it? If it isn't that bad of a cut, other than it hurts like really bad, use Vagasile cream and keep the area as dry as possible. If the cut is bad, you will want to see a doctor so infection doesn't set in. This is a very moist area, so it will take some time to heal, and is also a great place for bacteria to grow.

Probably time to see a doctor, especially if you've had it a while and it's not healing or hurting less. You're leaving yourself open to infection which definitely won't be fun.
If you are worried about hassling the doctor for something that seems minor, call NHS Direct or visit their website to get expert advice.

Go and see your doctor asap. You could get an infection so in the meantime apply a mild antiseptic cream. Don't be embarrassed - your doctor will have seen all sorts of genital injuries.

if it's actually in your vagina - make sure to douch to clean out the cut, if it's on the outside - say on the lips - wash it really well... other then that you're really just going to have to wait for it to heal before it stops hurting when you go potty - tip though : just use baby wipes to wipe with, they'll be less irritating and you will be less likely to get lint or such in the cut.

Ok, for the sake of my sanity I'm not going to ask where that came from.
But just keep it sanitary, don't wipe around it, but KEEP IT CLEAN. Remember what goes out of there.
